Salutations! Finally it’s my turn to pawg ! Mom feels she needs to socialize me more , so she’s taking me more places. Fine by me! I love to go Bye Bye and see new things.

First off we walked around downtown Napa. Wowie Zowie! So many smells and sounds. I was walking crisscross in front of Mom trying to sniff everything. I must admit to lifting my leg quite a few times to let doggies know a new boy was in town:) I was super duper excited and admit to wanting to be off leash to really explore, but Mom said that was unsafe. I met some golden lovers which is always fun.

Yesterday she took me on my first hike. BIG trees! I mean like GIGUNDOUS! And again so many new smells! I had to stay on leash again which is just not my fav, Peeps. It really holds me back from true exploration. Mom explained not all dogs are safe to be off leash so it punishes all of us. Geesh. Dogs need to run for heavens sake!

This hike went up and up and up! When we got to the top we had quite a view! I just wanted a drink and treats. I wasn’t interested in posing for pics. Just so much to explore! Mom said we would come back with Dad and take a bunch of the side trails.

It’s a good thing I like baths because she doused me with so much essential oil tick spray I smelled like lemongrass! But heck! I would definitely go again!

Between downtown Napa and the hike I totally groove on being in nature. Still swimming is my fav, just like Auntie Jazz.
